The Olympic Slope

Located in Les Diablerets, 2 to 3 training courses are available from the intermediate station at the Rachy bend for all teams wishing to train there during the day or evening.

As host venue for alpine skiing events at the Youth Olympic Games Lausanne 2020, Les Diablerets launched a project in the spring of 2018 that allowed for modifications to be made to the Jorasse slope (renamed Willy Favre) to upgrade it to FIS racing standards. A skiable tunnel was also created to allow Willy Favre to be used for official races without disrupting our leisure skiers.

The redesign of la Jorasse into the new Olympic slope is a great achievement for the region and one that will be paramount to the success of both future FIS events and the 2020 Lausanne Youth Olympic Games.

The Olympic Slope is also available for bookings related to ski training, etc. For more information, please click on this link (French language-only) or contact THÉOPHILE CUCHE
